jQuery: Retrieve values in table row from button click in same row

Click add column on the two table to see the effect on the Do Something action

Option One

As you add columns the Do Something action returns the incorrect results

First Cell	Second Cell	Third Cell	Do Something	Add Column
First Cell	Second Cell	Third Cell	Do Something	Add Column

Option Two

Correct results are returned irrespective of number of columns added
